Important informations to consider before your purchase
- Paypal is currently the only payment method accepted on this plateform. If you wish to support my art but don't have a paypal account, contact me and we can arrange something or pass by my Etsy shop!
- All enveloppes are sent without a tracking number unless stated otherwise. This prevents the costs from being too high and keep the art affordable.
**(I encourage you to buy your items all at once to save on the shipping costs.)**
- If you absolutely want a tracking number nonetheless, contact me before purchasing so I can adjust the price accordingly.
- If your country is not in the shipping options, please contact me so I can have a look. The current shipping destinations are where I have shipped in the past and know that the parcels arrive safely.
- I'm sorry, I don't ship to South America, the parcels take months to arrive, if they get there at all...
- Please note that the shipping time can take longer than expected since the pandemic started. The postal services are overwhelmed with mail, let's give them some time.
- Once the items are sent, they are out of my care and responsibility. If you have concerns or question, please contact me to see if something can be done.
- I do not refund items once they are shipped.
- Any additionnal tax/import charges is out of my responsibility but might be required by your country's customs. If that is the case, please let me know so I can tell future supporters about them.
